We received a consultation stating, "We are using well water, but we are troubled by water leaks in the water heater occurring after a few years." The chemical manufacturer uses boilers in their factory, resulting in alkaline wastewater. Previously, they were able to meet discharge standards by combining and mixing this wastewater with general wastewater generated in the same factory. However, after upgrading to a larger capacity boiler, the amount of boiler wastewater increased, and even diluting it with general wastewater caused the pH to exceed the standard values.
